Sleep Spray

Please note this is for the 100ml spray only and because I am a responsible adult I do not make sleep spray oil infused candles.

Blend of 10 different 💯 pure essential oils in water. Can be used (after shaken) as a mist prior to going to sleep or when putting down fresh bed linen to let it soak in.

Am have put together a “recipe” and guide to aid sleep as I want people to benefit from the magical healing properties of simply sleeping well! No more grumpy moods, food cravings, high blood pressure and low energy. Simples.... I have a blog on my web site about sleep deprivation and tips on how to improve quality of sleep if interested.
